Ana is our receptionist and will greet you and do her best to accommodate your schedule, making your consultation as seamless as possible.

Patient Coordinator & Office Manager
Lucy will meet with you during your consultation to assist in scheduling surgery dates, preop appointments, and post-op nurses, if necessary, as well as arrange travel accommodation for out-of-town patients.

Marisa has vast experience in plastic surgery, offering patients knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized care. She is dedicated to guiding and supporting each individual throughout both the preoperative and postoperative journey, ensuring comfort, clarity, and confidence at every step.
Marisa takes the time to address all questions and concerns, providing clear communication and compassionate support. She works with your primary care physician and any necessary specialists to coordinate care, ensuring that required pre- op evaluations are completed for a safe and seamless surgical experience.
She also works side by side with Dr. Serure during the surgical process, helping to ensure continuity of care and the highest level of patient safety.

Leissy will meet you on the day of surgery in the pre-operative suite and will prepare you for surgery. She will obtain surgical consents and prepare you for the operating room. Also, she will be present in the recovery room to monitor your post-op care, keeping you safe and comfortable.
