Thermage®

SOFWAVE™

SOFWAVE™ is a clinically proven, non-invasive approach to remodel collagen, which improves facial lines and wrinkles and results in a lifting effect to the eyebrows, neck, and submental region (area under the chin). Using proprietary Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam SUPERB™ technology, ultrasound energy precisely passes through the skin’s surface (the epidermis), heating the mid-dermal tissue at just the precise depth and temperature to rejuvenate collagen fibers and improve the overall appearance of the skin. Injectables & Fillers

Safe and effective alternatives to surgical procedures, the Juvederm® family of fillers restores volume to different areas of the face to achieve more youthful-looking contours.

This class of fillers addresses troublesome smile lines, facial wrinkles, nasolabial folds, and lip lines. These can also be used for lip enhancement, adding fullness and a more youthful appearance and enhanced facial contours of the cheeks and jaw line.

Dr. Serure will apply a topical anesthetic to your skin prior to administering your injectables. The results will be immediate, cause no downtime, and last for as long as six months. He and his staff will gladly discuss a treatment program and maintenance schedule that will keep your skin looking naturally-youthful as you age.

JUVÉDERM®

Treatment with JUVÉDERM® injectable gels can take 15–60 minutes, depending on the area(s) being treated. Results commonly last approximately six months but are reported to last as long as one year. CHEEK Enhancement, JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® – Enhances facial contours and gives a non-surgical lift to the cheeks and fold around the mouth.

CHIN Enhancement, JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC – Small retrusive chins may be augmented non-surgically to enhance facial contour, and balance.

RADIESSE®

RADIESSE® are dermal fillers that are used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth). RADIESSE® is also used for correcting volume loss in the back of the hands. RADIESSE® (+) is also used for improving moderate to severe loss of jawline contour in adults over 21 years old.

RADIESSE® or RADIESSE® (+) should not be used if you have an allergy to any component of the product, if you have a history of severe allergies, if you have a bleeding disorder, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You should not use RADIESSE® (+) if you have an allergy to lidocaine or medicines like it. Do not use RADIESSE® or RADIESSE® (+) if you have a skin infection.

Tell Dr. Serure and his medical staff if you are taking blood thinners or medicines that can interfere with the clotting of blood, such as aspirin or warfarin. These medicines might make it more likely that you will experience bruising or bleeding at the injection site. Tell Dr. Serure and his medical staff if you have any diseases, injuries or disabilities of the hand, if you have a history forming large, raised scars or if you have had any other skin treatments such as skin peels.

The most common adverse events seen in clinical studies of RADIESSE® used in the hands include bruising, redness, swelling, pain, itching, nodules or bumps/lumps, difficulty performing activities, loss of sensation and other local side effects. BOTOX®

BOTOX COSMETIC® is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and it is the first and only treatment FDA approved to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines, and vertical bands connecting the neck and jaw in adults.

Treatment requires no downtime. You can return to your daily routine immediately after you leave the Doctors office. You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines.
