I had submental lipectomy / lipo-sculpture, chin implant and excision of buccal fat pads procedures performed. I’ve had extra fat under my chin my entire life, even as a teenager due to hereditary reasons. Over the years, I was always flirting with the idea of having this procedure done but never ended up moving forward due the risks and confidence + level of comfort with the surgeon.
All that changed when I met Dr. Serure and his Team. From the start, he thoroughly explained to me the work that would be performed and answered all my questions and concerns. After that initial visit, I came back three more times for consultations with more questions. Dr. Serure always greeted me and answered all of them. Finally, I decided to have the procedure done.

I came to Dr. Serure with a history of bilateral mastectomies over the past 20 years. Both breast implants were encapsulated and needed to be replaced. My left breast implant was particularly hard and it was moving into my armpit. It was painful and I felt like I had a brick on my chest. I called several plastic surgeons in the area and Dr. Serure was the only surgeon willing to help me. He was very frank and realistic about my situation but he was also hopeful that he could help me. He successfully replaced both breast implants with remarkable results. My recovery was quick and I feel so much better and very happy and confident with my appearance. Dr. Serure is an excellent surgeon and I always felt safe in his care. I can highly recommend his services to anyone.

Dr. Serure and his entire staff are the most professional, amazing team of medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of seeing! From the very first consultation Dr. Serure and his team were kind, professional, and thorough. My consultation could not have been easier. They were extremely straight forward about the entire experience, from what to expect before and after surgery, to the cost of everything. Dr. Serure made me feel extremely comfortable and safe! I felt heard, I never felt rushed, and I felt I was in excellent hands.
This surgery was life changing for me. I was the girl who would wear a cover up at the beach at all times – who chose what she “had to wear” not what she “wanted to wear”. I had always thought about having a “mommy makeover” but was nervous about what it entailed and even more nervous that there could be complications. This experience was better than anything I could’ve imagined! Dr. Serure is an artist – his work is absolutely beautiful!
