The loose skin of the inner and upper thighs can be tightened through incisions in the upper thigh crease. This procedure can tighten lose skin and remove fat from problem areas. A Thigh Lift can be done as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia.

Smokers are not candidates for Thigh Lift procedures and must be nicotine free prior to embarking on surgery. As in all procedures, patients must be in optimal physical condition. It is advised that out of town patients stay in Miami for two weeks so they can be observed and appropriate post operative care can be given.
