Dr. Serure completed his Fellowship and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Serure has been the Chief of Surgery and Chief of Plastic Surgery at South Miami Hospital. He is a member of the Voluntary Faculty at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He is the President of the Miami Society of Plastic Surgery.
